MISSION

The Philosophy of the Foston Foundation is to train caring adults as GUIDES to escort youth through the hazardous developmental period called adolescence. They are trained to identity and try to circumvent the common potholes  and IED's (self-esteem destroyers)  that derail so many of our teens.  The GUIDES are also trained to help teens find   their gifts.  The GUIDES are also trained to nurture their gifts.
