Laura  the name of the subject we us In an extended Clinical Simulation. We spend 16 hours learning about her  12 adolescent  Identities,  her adolescent development, her reaction to loss and depression and  her Addiction to Hopelessness

We also spend time training  participants how to holistically mentor a young person.  During this same weekend, we encouage the participants to find their own gifts in Music, Literature, Performance and Arts and Crafts, This  that they can guide the teenager on a gift discovery if they have already taken one

 Using  Po wer PointThe information is presented in  30 minute modules allowing for scheduled breaks and question and answer periods.  All gift exploring session are hands on and there are group discussions and group projects required.

All of the elements of the training are reinforced with reviews designed in the formats of Jeopardy, America Says,and Match Game.

The Workshop ends with all participants placed in an Escape Room which they cannot leave until they help an at-risk teen  in the packet selected by the team captain.

Meals are served before and during  breaks

Written evaluation are required and written examination may be administered if the grasp  of  the  material cannot be deterined by group contributions,
